Masala Powder


     Method


Coriander seeds - 1 cup
Dry chilly - 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds - 1/4 cup
Pepper - 1 tb.spoon
Cinnamon, Cloves - 2 each
Ani seeds - 1 t.spoon
Poppy seeds - 1 t.spoon
Elaichi - 1
Curryleaves - few

Dry roast all the ingredients seperately and Powder it.
Store in an air-tight container.

Can Increase the qty of Ingredients and can store for 3 to 6 months.

This Masala powder can be used for the preparation of
Aloo Methi
Aloo capsicum
Tomato curry
For  all chicken and Mutton gravies and dry items
Mushroom, Paneer, prawns , corn, etc gravies
