Dragon babycorn


Method


           Make a smooth batter with
      Maida - 2 tb.spoon
      Cornflour- 2 tb.spoon


Riceflour - 2 tb.spoon
Pepper - 1 t.spoon
Salt
egg - 1



   Dip the Babycorn (10 no.s)  in the above batter and deep fry in oil.



Heat 2 tb.spoons of oil, add in 5 flakes of minced garlic and cashewnuts.Saute it.


Add some chopped spring onion and saute.



Add 1/2 cup capsicum and saute.



Then add in the mixture of

Red chilly paste - 2 t.spoon
Tomato sauce - 2 tb.spoon
soyasauce - 1 tb.spoon
sugar - 1 t.spoon
salt
to the Above one.



Then add the fried babycorns and toss well.




Sprinkle springonion and serve hot with fried rice, roti, ..
