Beetroot Peas pulao



Soak a cup of  cleaned Basmathi rice with 1 3/4 cup of good water

Grate a Beetroot and keep aside

Heat a laddle of oil in Cooker,
Season whole garam masalas
Add sliced 1 big onion, 3 green chillies , saute lightly
Add grated Beetroot with 1 spoon of ginger garlic paste, 1/2 spoon chillypowder
and 1/2 spoon of Dhaniya powder
Saute for a minute
Add 1 tb.spoon of curd, Saute well.



Finally add the rice with soaked water
1 tsp salt
coriander leaves
2 spoon of ghee or butter
1/2 cup fresh peas
Mix altogether
Close lid and leave a whistle in high flame.
Off the stove immediately
Let the pressure releases.

Mix altogether evenly , Serve with chips or Raita

A perfect and healthy dish for kid's lunch box.
