Chocolate Marble Cake (Butterless cake)





Method

1. Preheat the oven in convection mode.

2. 
Grease cake tin with butter and dust with All purpose flour and tap the extra flour out.


3. Beat 2 eggs well.


4. Add in 50 gms of powdered Sugar.


5.Add in 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla essence.


6. Add in 100gms of all purpose flour which is sieved with 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
Mix this Softly with a Spatula on one side.


7.Add in 3 table spoons of oil and mix evenly.


8. Now pour half the cake mixture in tin.


9.Add the melted chocolate.
( melt the chocolate in oven )

Again pour the cake mixture and finally  chocolate on top.


Bake the cake for 20 mts @ 180 de.celcius in convection mode.

When a knife or tooth pick is inserted in cake, it should come out clean which means ready.
Now invert the cake on a wire rack to cool bothsides.



Note:  All the ingredients must be in room temperature.

In case of Using butter instead of oil, add 3 tablespoon butter  in the step 3 here, i.e

1. beat butter and egg.
2. add powdered sugar, essence and follow the remaining steps. (without adding oil )
