Egg fried rice



Method


1.  Wash 1 cup Basmati rice and soak with 2 cups of water for 10 mts.
Cook the rice with some oil and salt.
Pressure cook it in high flame and leave a whistle and simmer it 2 mts and off the stove.
Let the rice gets cool.


2. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil and add 5 flakes of minced garlic, saute it.


3. Add in 1/4 cup of chopped  springonions , saute well.


4. Add 1/2 cup chopped carrot and beans, add some agenomotto,saute well.
Make a well in centre, add some oil and pour
4 beaten eggs with salt and pepper

5.Scramble the egg in centre and mix evenly with vegetables.


6. Add some chopped spring onion, 
( can add some soy sauce and tomato sauce at this stage)
( Can add chiily paste at this stage , if need spicy )

7. Add the rice and mix evenly. 
Serve hot with sauce or Manchurians.
