Cauliflower Pakoda


Clean and chop a small Cauliflower
Clean well with turmeric and rocksalt added in water.

Mix together
1/2 cup curd , 2 tsp chilly powder, 1 tsp garammasala powder
salt and 1/2 spoon Kasoori methi
Now add florets and marinate well.
Keep closed for 1 hour.


While heating the oil for deep fry,
Add 1/4 cup of roastedgram powder or besan
Sprinkle water if needed.

Deep Fry them in oil till golden brown.
Serve hot.
