Apple semolina gheer



Preparation method

Grated apple - 1 cup

 


Roast Cashew Badam And Raisins with 2 tb.spoons of ghee and keep aside.
Add in the grated apple and saute well in the same ghee till watery consistency goes off.

When done addin 2 tb.spoons of semolina and 1 tb.spoon of Rava, saute a second and addin 
2 cups of milk with 1 cup of water
(note: reduce flame while adding milk)

Allow it to cook.


Once semia is well cooked, add 1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar ( depends on sweetness in apple)
Stir in slow flame
when it disolves and starts boiling, Switch off Stove and 
Sprinkle fried nuts and serve hot or chill....
