Brusselsprouts dal chutny


Preparation

Clean and chop 1 cup of Brussel sprouts


Heat some oil in kadaai and roast 
2 spoons of Greengram and Bengal gram each 
with drychillies and curryleaves
in Medium heat


Once the dals get fried,add in brussel sprouts, saute well till done.
Add 1/ 4 cup of scrapped coconut, 2 cloves of garlic and off the stove .
Add pebble size tamarind, let it cool.






Grind with salt and some water to thick chutny.
It goes very well with hot rice, idli, dosa, chapathi and to spread in bread too...
