Preparation Method

Usually Tortillas are made with Maize flour .
Here I made it with Wholewheat flour..

For tortilla:

Whole wheat flour +  few APF -- 1 cup
salt
Baking powder - 1/4 spoon
Oil or Butter - 2 tb.spoons
Mix altogether and
Add Warm water to make a soft dough.

Close the dough well for sometimes and then roll it as we roll it for Roti.


Cook it both sides on a hot tawa, till it bubbles and get dots on both sides.
Store it in hot case to remain soft.

Meanwhile Prepare for the stuffin:

For Spreading (Salsa) :  I just boiled tomatoes with green chillies , drain water and made a paste.



And instead of Nonveg , I Preferred Frenchfries which kids love most

Presentation :

Before Serving just Grill the Tortillas for a while and 

Spread a spoonful of  Salsa which we prepared, then spread Salad and French fries 
Then Sprinkle Grated cheese on top , Roll and Serve immediately 








To Serve like Quesadilla: Stuff and heat again till cheese melts

To Serve As Burritos:


Spread the Salsa, Salad And Cheese
Fold well as like Springrolls
Serve immediately...
