Preparation Method
Marinate the Turkey leg pieces with 2 spoons of Kashmiri chilly powder, salt, 1/2 lemon, 1 spoon of ginger garlic paste and 1/2 spoon of Garammasala powder
Let it marinate for about 1 to 2 hours.
Bake the pieces in preheated oven for
10 mts in Convection mode and then 15 to 25 mts
in Grill mode till done.
Time differs on each oven and size of meat.
Serve hot.
