First Marinate 1/2 kg cleaned chicken with
some curd, salt, chillypowder and masala powder
for about 1 hour.
Then in pressure cooker, add some oil
season whole garam masalas ,cinnamon,....
Add 1 cup of finely chopped small and big onion
with 2 green chillies
Saute well
Then addin the puree of 1 big tomato and 1 spoon Ginger garlic paste
saute well
Now add the marinated chicken, saute well in medium flame
Add 3 t.spoons of currymasala powder
saute , add 1/2 cup of water, corianderleaves, salt
Close lid and leave 2 to 3 whistles in medium flame till done.
off stove.
Finally sprinkle some Kasoorimethi and
Serve with
Idli, Dosa, rice, pulao, Roti, Bread, Naan, Barota, etc....
It goes well with all .....
