Ingredients
Grated Coconut - 1 cup
Sugar - 3/4 cup
condensed milk - 1 or 2 tb.spoon
Cardomom powder - 1/4 t.spoon
Ghee - 1 tb.spoon
Method
Whip the grated coconut lightly in mixie.
In a heavy bottom vessel, Add coconut and sugar together.
Mix in medium flame till sugar starts disolving.
Then add condensed milk, mix well and add elaichi.
Stir well in medium consistency till thick and rolling stage.
Then transfer it to ghee greased tray, Sprinkle some grated badam on top.
Smooth it with ghee spatula.
Set, cut , serve.
Note : Here I used 3/4 cup sugar,since i added condensed milk with sweet in it.
Else add 1 cup sugar.
Adding condensed milk enhances its taste.
