Ingredients
Self raising flour - 200 gms
( or Maida -200gms + 1/2 tb.spoon)
Butter - 50 gms
Condensed milk - 1 tin (400 ml)
Coco powder - 50 gms
Any aerated drink - 200 ml
All the ingredients must be in room temperature.
Method
Pre heat the oven in convection mode.
Grease the Cake tin with butter and dust with flour, tap out the excess.
Sieve the flour with coco powder 2 to 3 times well.
Blend butter with condensed milk well, then add the flour little by little.
Add in some Flour, then Aerated drink, flour, Aerated drink, likewise till its completion.
Mix softly and make a smooth batter.
The Batter should flow like a ribbon.
Transfer this to Cake tin and Bake the cake @ 180de.Celcius for 20 mts.
Insert a knife or tooth pick in centre of cake which should come out clean if baked.
Cool it on a wire rack and serve.
