Method
Marinate 1/2 kg Prawns with 1 egg, pepper powder and salt.
Then add
2 spoons of Maida and cornflour each and 1 spoon of soya sauce.
Marinate and fry in oil.
Don't fry for long time.
Keep it aside.
Then add some oil in a kadai, saute 10 minced garlic flakes, saute it .
Add 1/4 cup of diced onion and capsicum, saute in high flame with some agenomotto, for 2 mts.
Then add in some salt,sugar, 1 spoon of red chilly paste and 1 spoon soya sauce, mix lightly.
Add fried Prawns and toss well.
Sprinkle Spring onion.
