Mushroom Wheat Briyani



Ingredients

Wheat rava - 1 cup
Water - 3 cup
Mushroom chopped  - 1/2 cup
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 1 t.spoon
green chilly - 2
chilly powder - 1/2 t.spoon
Garam masala powder - 1/2 t.spoon
oil - 1 laddle
Salt, mintleaves and coriander leaves

Method


Heat oil in a kadaai, Season mustard seeds (or cinnamon,cloves) 
 Add onion, Tomato, chillies and saute lightly.
Add ginger garlic paste, mint leaves and saute well.

Add mushroom, chilly powder and garammasala powder, saute well till water consistency goes off from mushroom.
Add water, salt, let it boil .
Then add rava and cook in medium flame.

Close the lid and it gets ready in 2 mts.
Sprinkle Coriander leaves.


If prefered add some ghee finally and mix well.
