Tomato Poori, Chapathi



Method

Make a puree with 2 tomatoes, 1/4 tsp jeera or Jeera powder and 1 tsp chilli powder.




To 3 cups of wheat flour , add some salt and oil, mix well.
Then add tomato puree and knead dough.
If need sprinkle water.

For chapathi : do loosen soft dough.
For poori : do thick and soft dough.



Make balls, roll it to even thickness , Make poori.
oil should be well heated to fry poori.



For chapathi, roll it to thin and cook on tawa.




Serve with coconut chutney or kurma.
