Preparation Method
Heat kadai, add 5 tbsps of oil + ghee and season cloves, few cashews.
When cashews are turning light brown, add raisins and sliced badams.
When the raisins get fried, add 1/2 cup of chopped Jackfruit and saute well.
Add in 2 to 2.5 cups of water and let it boil (the natural essence of fruit will mix through boiling water)
When the water boils , sprinkle 1 cup of roasted sooji and let it cook.
Add 1/4 tsp of Elachi powder and 1.5 cups of sugar and let it disolve.
When it comes to rolling stage , switch off and serve hot or cool.
