Method of preparation
Cook the diced yam with some turmeric powder, chilly powder , salt and water till 90% done.
Let it cool.
Add some gingergarlic paste, salt and some masala powder.
If prefered , can add some riceflour and curd to it.
Marinate well and deep fry it in oil.
As the yam is precooked , it will be fried easily in 2 mts.
