Carrot gheer


Preparation Method

Clean and chop 250 gms of carrot and cook with 1/2 cup of milk in cooker.
Leave a whistle, off and grind the carrot alone to a paste.


Then heat 2 tbsp of ghee in a kadaai, addin Cashews, when its colour start to change, add raisins and let all fry (in slow flame)
Then add in carrot puree and saute for a while.
Add in 1 cup of sugar and carrot (cooked) milk and stir well .

When it starts to boil, reduce flame and add some condensed milk (as per your taste) and sprinkle 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder , mix well , off the stove.

Serve hot or chill.
