Banana Pudding



Preparation Method

To 3/4 cup of powdered sugar , add 1 egg and beat well till color gets pale and frothy.
Add in riped and mashed 1/2 cup banana and melted 1/2 cup butter and beat well together.

In case of avoiding egg, add additional 1/2 cup banana mash to get soft texture.




Add in 1 cup of Whole wheat flour and mix well together.
Add some raisins.

If the batter is too thick,  add some milk.

Transfer it to greased and dusted baking tin,
spread some raisins and almonds on top.




Bake it in pre heated oven for 10 to 15 mts at 180 * or 200* celcius.

Prick in with knife or toothpick to find the finishing stage, 
1. Aroma comes well finally and
2. will not stick in knife

Once baked , transfer it to plate or wire rack , allow it to cool.
Slice and store in a container.


Note: Incase of not using oven, can steam cook with stove.



Adding riped banana gives good aroma without adding any essence,
gives soft texture without adding bakingpowder
and tastes yummy.....
