Pepper egg masala



Preparation Method

Saute well the chopped onion-1, 1 drychilly, 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds, 1 tsp of pepper, 1/2 tsp of Aniseeds
together with some oil, finally add turmeric powder and 1 spoon of coriander powder, mix and allow it to cool.


Then grind it with 2 raw tomatoes and 1/2 tsp of gingergarlic paste .



Then 
Heat some oil , season in 1 cinnamon,clove, mustard seeds, curryleaves,
Add in the grounded paste and saute well till raw flavour of tomato goes.
Addin salt and some tomato cubes, saute it and add required water.



When the raw flavour goes, add the boiled eggs , sprinkle coriander leaves and marinate well 

Serve hot with Rice, Dosa, Aapam, Variety rices, Chapathi........
Good to intake during cold.
