Method of Preparation
To 1 cup of finely chopped palak, add 1 cup of chopped onion, 4 grated or sliced green chilly, coriander leaves, salt, 1/4 tsp of cuminseeds and pepper
Add 6 to 8 bread slices chopped (Remove edges), add abt 1 or 2 tbsp of sour thick curd
Mash altogether and prepare a soft dough.
Add curd depends on the water leaves from onion and spinach, in such case , can add some riceflour.
Make vada shape and immerse a hole in center.
Deep fry the vada in medium heat, since bread cooks fast.
Serves hot with Tomato sauce.
