Preparation Method
To 1 cup of Jowar flour , add 1/2 cup of wheat flour, salt, 2 spoons of oil, 1/2 tsp chilly powder, 1/4 spoon garam masaala powder, few cumin seeds, salt, turmeric powder,
finely chopped (1/2 cup onion, 1 green chilly, 1/2 cup methi leaves), Marinate altogether well.
Add required qty of warm water to dissolve and make like idli batter consistency.
keep it closed for 10 mts.
Prepare uthappam with medium heat in tawa.
cook well, serve hot with chutney, sambar or Raita.
Delicious and healthy too.
