Preparation Method
Soak 1 cup of Chenna for about 8 hrs.
cook with salt and water , keep aside.
For masala:
Grind 1 big onion with 5 to 6 pieces of ginger and garlic and 3 drychillies to
a fine paste.
Saute the grounded paste with oil in a kadaai till its raw flavour goes.
Then addin 1 tb.spoon of Tomato paste, salt and saute well.
Then Add in cooked chenna with its water,
add 1 spoon of Pav bhaji masala powder,
corianderleaves and allow them to boil till semi gravey consistency.
Finally switch off flame and add a cube of
butter .
Mix well.
By the side ,Toast the wheat bread with butter in tawa.
Serve the bread and bajji hot with some sprinkles of onion, carrot and butter.
