Cowpeas Vada



Preparation Method

Soak 1 cup of cowpeas with 2 spoons of rice for about 6 to 8 hrs.
Drain water and grind it coarsely  with 

Drychillies-4 , greenchilly
GingerGarlic- 6 pieces each
Aniseeds - 1/2 spoon 
salt
to thick batter





To the grounded batter , add 1/2 to 1  cup of chopped onions, curryleaves and coriander leaves.
Mix well and make to balls.
press inbetween two palms and Deep fry in oil till crisp.

Else just fry it like pakora pieces or any form which kids like most...
