Preparation
Boil 1 cup of Semia with water and strain it.
Cook 15 to 20 palak leaves with 3 Greenchillies and cashews, strain water and
grind with
few Gingergarlic paste, turmeric powder and 1/2 spoon Garammasala powder.
Heat some oil in Kadaai, season some cumin seeds and saute well the onion and some roasted peanuts.
Once onion is well sauted, add the grounded paste,
saute well till raw flavour goes.
Then add in Semia and salt, mix well together.
Serve hot with raita, chips....
Note: can make this recipe with rice idiyappam instead of semia
