Ash Gourd Halwa



Preparation

Peel and chop the Ashgourd
crush it in blender.

To 1 cup of Ashgourd, add 1/4 cup of ghee to saute.
saute well till it cooks and water consistency goes off.




Then add in 3/4 cup of sugar, color powder, 1/4 spoon of cardamom powder
And ghee fried cashews and raisins one by one
Mix altogether in lower heat and leave till alva consistency
