Prawns curry



Method

Clean the Prawns well without Veins in centre.
Marinate 1/4 kg Prawns with 1 spoon Masala powder, salt and turmeric powder for 1/2an hour.




Then Saute out 1/2 cup of small onions, some ginger and 4 flakes of garlic with some oil.
Off the stove and add 1 tb.spoon of masala powder (mentioned above)

Let it cool and grind to paste.


Then heat some oil in kadaai and season with mustard, curryleaves, green chillies.
(Can Season with some Cinnamon,cloves, etc)


Add tiny chopped 1/2 cup onion, saute well.
Add 1 chopped tomato, saute well with little salt to make it soon.

Then add the grounded masala,


Mix well and add some water, required salt .


Let it boil in medium flame till raw smell goes and becomes gravey consistency.



Add in Prawns and cook in medium flame,till it cooked.
Don't over cook, don't cook in high flame.

when the gravy is ready, sprinkle coriander leaves .




Serves well with Roti, Rice, Dosa....
