Nachos (in my style)


Method

To 1 cup of Multigrain atta ,  add  2 tb.spoons of rice flour, 1 t.sp of chilly powder, 1/4 t.sp of cumin powder, salt and mix it evenly.
Then add 2 tb.spoons of ghee or butter and mix well.
Add water and make a soft dough, keep closed for sometime.

Then make the dough to small balls, knead like for poori, cut it and fry in medium heat oil till crispy.
Note:  Continuously stir while frying till crispy
Store in an air tight container when it gets cool.
