Method
Make a soft dough with
1 cup Maida
1/2 cup Cornflour
salt
Soda salt - a pinch
Chill water
Then make the stuff-in with
Heat some oil in a pan, add a tbsp of minced garlic, 1/4 cup onion and saute well with some ageno-motto.
Add 1 cup cooked American corn , salt, 1 spoon soya sauce and 2 spoon tomato sauce, if need add chilly sauce too.
let it cool.
Then make small balls with the dough and knead like chapathi and cut to squares.
Then
As shown in the picture, keep the stuff, roll it and join the edges as in last picture.
Join the edges with water, deep fry till golden brown.
Note: Fry in medium heat otherwise it gets brown and won't be crispy.
