Method of Preparation
Clean and cook 1 cup of Cauliflower till 3/4 th done.
Then
Heat some oil in a kadaai, season cumin seeds, When it splutters, addin chopped 1 onion , saute well.
Addin 1/2 tsp of gingergarlic paste, saute well.
Then Addin chopped 1 tomato and 5 to 6 Mirchi (Bajji Milagai), saute till half done.
Then addin 2 spoons of my Masala powder, little turmeric powder and required salt. Mix well till done.
Add in precooked cauliflower, corianderleaves, Saute alltogether till masala coats well in gobi.
Serve hot with roti, bread, dosai stuffin, variety rices....
