Preparation
Cut the Brussel sprouts into 4 .
Heat kadaai, season some cumin seeds with oil
Add in Brussels sprouts, required salt, turmeric powder , sambaar powder and mix altogether.
Close the lid and cook for 2 mts.
Once it is done, open the lid and allow it to fry for 5 mts in simmer.
It goes well with Chapathi, Sambar rice, curd rice,.....
