Preparation Method
Heat 2 tbsp of ghee and roast Almonds, raisins .
Strain Almonds and raisins, keep aside.
Using same ghee , lightly roast 1 cup of semia, then add 2.5 cups of water.
When semia is done, add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of sugar and let it disolve.
Then add a pinch of food color , 1/4 spoon of Cardamom powder, 1 to 2 tbsp of ghee, fried nuts and raisins and mix together for 1 or 2 mts.
