To Prepare Masala egg or Egg Bhurji:
Heat some oil in kadaai, season cumin seeds and curryleaves
Add in , chopped 1 onion and 2 green chilles
Saute well
Add in 1/2 spoon of Ginger garlic paste
1 spoon of Chilly powder
1/2 spoon of Garam masala powder
1/4 spoon of turmeric powder
Saute lightly, Immediately
Add 2 chopped tomatoes, Saute well with some salt till messy.
Addin 5 eggs, salt
Scramble well
Sprinkle coriander leaves
This Egg can be served with Chapathi, Naan, phulka, Rice, Bread...
And Can be used for
Masal Dosa, stuffed paratha,
Just add chopped barotaas finally to make Egg Barota...
Then Toast the breads with butter ,
stuff the eggs between two breads, cut and serve hot...
